Our office hours are Monday—Saturday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays.

Although we are based in Wallingford, we will travel all over Connecticut to perform inspections.

Our license is HOC #0001178 and we are InterNACHI certified (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors).

Yes! Because we strive to help the most amount of agents & homeowners possible, we speak both English and Spanish.

Most home inspections take about 2-3 hours, depending on the size of the home and the services included.

Your inspection will include the property and yard, exterior, roofing, attic, structural components, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, interior, and built-in appliances. But, if you have specific questions about a part of the property please let us know.

You will receive your inspection report the same day via our Spectora software, and it will be delivered via text message and email.
